Off to Canaries - how to ensure that roaming will work?

Hi I am heading to canaries. I would like to have roaming. The last time there I had terrible trouble and ended up not having it at all

If your SIM predates January 2023 then you might want to get a replacement in case that helps:

It still seems hit and miss for some reason.

I had terrible trouble with Roaming, it used to work then stopped. The answer for me was to order a new sim, they have a newer version that works no hassle.
