Hi there! Why can't i use my 48 data plan to go onto instagram and google through samsung phone?

Does your mobile data work for web browsing and other connected apps? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

If they are and mobile data works for browsing and connected apps other than Instagram and Google (not exactly sure what specifically you mean by "Google") then that may be some other issue local to your phone. 

E.g. app specific permissions not allowing mobile data access? 

Was mobile data ever working ok for you with Instagram/Google? 

If so then what changed in the meantime?
