Did you ever have 5G connectivity?
If so then when did it stop and what changed in the meantime?
Are you getting 4G connectivity?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
Do you have an active €12.99 membership plan?
Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working ok for you?
