I am in the UK and I can’t roam it keeps saying no service . My friend uses the same mobile network and it roams for her

Is anything working? 

Connection to a local network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

In relation to roaming issues the usual generic advice applies...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)
