i cannot get any help to port my number as it is in family i am told to contact an agent but there is no contact number or link i do not have twitter or facebook what can i do

48 have turned into a joke.
I've sent an email to ComReg about them.
Almost two weeks trying to port my number and still no solutions despite being in contact with them daily.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered and that is if you're fortunate enough to be able to get in touch with them.
Awful, horrendous service from 48.
I will keep following up with ComReg until I get satisfaction.

I sent another e-mail ten minutes ago in case it was a temporary thing but haven't received any automatic response to that either.
