I came home from Italy and now my phone won’t connect

My SiM has stopped working last night,have powered on/off phone, changed Sim to another phone ( still not working), tried my husbands sim in my phone ( works). I have ordered a replacement SIM but am trying to contact an agent for 48 but no text bubb...

Hi, I just got a new phone number, which is not Irish. Now my question is, I still have credit on my 48 Sim, is it possible to move the money I have on 48's sim to another sim or anyway avoid to lose them?! Thanks million

Problem activating replacement SIM for my son

Ordered new sim card for my son as sim wasn't working. Phone said insert sim card.I put new sim card into phone but can't activate it as my credit page keeps appearing. How can I activate it or is it a new plan completely
