Did it ever work?
Did you just join 48 and/or port your number from another provider?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?
Can you make calls?
Can you send/receive texts?
Do you have an active membership?

OK - given that you can make calls but cannot receive them you will probably have to contact 48 support about this for more assitance. See my previous post.
