Top up twice

Hello, I topped up this phone and it said it couldn't complete it.so o tried again and it said coundlt complete.when checking the bank ot came out twice. Can I please be refunded for one payment.

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

If you need a refund then you'll need to contact 48 support to ask them about this.
