I can’t top up voice boost, it asks for my address then when I try to submit it says error please contact 48

What exactly do you mean by "top up voice boost"?

What exactly are you trying to buy?

When were you last able to successfully buy stuff on 48?

If the error says contact 48 support then that's what you need to do.
