Top up paid but not working

My top up was paid for on the 28th but didn't work. I can't use my phone or the Internet even though it's paid. I added 20 Euros yesterday. Still nothing. I need my phone for my work and my studies. What should I do?

What do you mean by "my top-up was paid" and "I added 20 euros"?

What exactly did you do - buy a membership plan, top-up your cash credit balance, buy add-ons, etc.?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and data balance?

What does your Transactions page say about yesterday's purchase?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan(s)?
