Is the following text from 48 or is it a scam?

"This is a reminder that to remain connected to our date service we require you to update your device APN settings by 9th November 2023 to avoid losing connection to our data services. See on48.ie/DataAPN for instructions to update youor settings.  Please ignore if you have already taken action.  Thank you for being with 48."

Please let me know as soon as you can.  Many thanks  Christina

It's genuine and not a scam.

From 48: Youve used up all of your data in your current membership. To manage your account visit https://48.ie/log-in
I just got this text, I was wondering if this is a scam when I log into my 48 it says I haven't used any data

I doubt that it's a scam.

If you haven't actually used up your data allowance then it's probably just a mistake.

Or maybe there's a mistake on your online account where it's saying that you haven't used any (?) data but you have actually used up your allowance?

If in doubt about any message like this then simply don't click on any links that it may contain.

In this case don't use the link to log into your account - go to the app or a browser separately and log in that way.

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.
