How to get the 200GB plan second month free?

I bought the 200 GB plan in late July.In that time a 48 agent told me that I could get the second month free. Now thirty days is over and I don't know how to apply the second month free?

As far as I know the free membership plan or cash credit to buy it should appear automatically on your account. 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and cash credit balance?

If there's €12.99 cash credit listed then you just buy your second month's membership plan with it.

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

If there's a €12.99 membership plan listed then it will kick in automatically when your current membership plan ends.

If it you didn't automatically get the free membership plan or cash credit then you'll need to contact 48 support to ask them about this.
