My sim is suspended and was told to contact customer care. I can’t revive calls or top up my phone

Then you need to contact 48 support as per the message that you got.
48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
You'll need to contact them directly yourself.

I presume that your SIM got suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months or something?
