Suspended Sim

Hello.

Recently I had my Sim suspended, but I signed into the site today and paid for a new membership, it charged my bank but it has not changed the status on my account?

Do you mean that it was suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6 or more months? 

Is so then you'll need to contact 48 support to see if they can get it working for you again. 

If you mean something else then you'll need to explain the situation more clearly and in more detail.

Yes I didn’t top up the sim for awhile and it was suspended, thank you Ive emailed support
