What exactly do you mean by "suspended"?
What exactly are the symptoms of the problem?
When did you last buy a membership plan?
If it was more than 6 months ago then that's why your simy/account is suspended and you'll need to contact 48 support to see if they can get it working again.
What happens if you try to buy a membership plan here?
Any error messages?
Is that's not the issue when you'll need to explain more clearly and in more detail what the issue is.
