Porting from 48 to 3 - which account type do I choose?

I now need to port my number to 3. When filling in the details, there are several options and I don’t know how to choose. Am I a registered prepaid customer on the 48 network, an unregistered prepaid customer, or a bill payment customer?

You'll probably have to ask 3 which is the appropriate one to choose.
