Slow Internet

Hi,

My internet has been very slow for the last few days! It is difficult to even make a WhatsApp call! Have not changed setting etc. Not sure how to fix. I am using a Vivo Y21T mobile.

What exactly do you mean by "slow"?

What sort of speeds are you getting using a Speedtest?

Are your APN settings still configured correctly? 

The phone seems to be 4G so I presume you're on 4G and not 5G?

Did anything change on the phone since the issue started? 

E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Are calls and texts working ok?

I don't know if something like this night help? 

If you reset your network settings then I presume that you'll need to configure them again using the link that I posted above. 

I also don't think that VoLTE will be an option available on 48.
