Are your APN settings still configured correctly?
Maybe delete any configured APNs and reconfigure them from scratch?
Did anything change on the phone recently?
E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

What are your APN settings right now?
Maybe try texting "APN" to 50048 to get the settings sent to your phone.
But this may not work for all phones.
