Ordered new sim card for my son as sim wasn't working. Phone said insert sim card.
I put new sim card into phone but can't activate it as my credit page keeps appearing. How can I activate it or is it a new plan completely

Do you mean that you have your own 48 SIM and your son has his?
Every 48 SIM requires its own account/login/email address etc.
If you are logging into your account then you can't activate your son's SIM there.
You need to log into his account to do that.
