E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Is "no SIM" the verbatim message on the phone?
What make and model of phone is it?
Can you try the SIM in another unlocked phone to see if it works there?
Did you order a replacement SIM rather than a new SIM?
