How can I start a chat session with an Agent ? I am not on FB or twitter.
I have no service since Thursday the 21st.
I requested help through the contact chnnels last week and have heard nothing.
This is so bad, I'm actually considering Gomo.

You should probably order a replacement now just in case.
If it's ultimately not needed then no harm done.

New SIM did not help at all, have the same problem. No contact possible with 48
