Great news for those with the new SIM, big relief no doubt to get back on the network!

 

When did you order the new SIM? Still hasn't arrived for me ...Robot Sad

I ordered my SIM on Sunday 24th November and still have not received it. I wonder if there is anyone working in support.

Unfortunately not on Facebook or Twitter; so that will not work.

Start chat session with agent, they'll sort it for you...

How can I start a chat session with an Agent ? I am not on FB or twitter.

 

I have no service since Thursday the 21st.

I requested help through the contact chnnels last week and have heard nothing.

 

This is so bad, I'm actually considering Gomo.

If you can login via browser, there should be a pop up on the left hand side of your browser called 'chat to an agent'

You probably need a new SIM as seems to be the case for most others on this thread.
You should probably order a replacement now just in case.
If it's ultimately not needed then no harm done.

New SIM did not help at all, have the same problem. No contact possible with 48
