SIM stopped working & I need a replacement

My SiM has stopped working last night,have powered on/off phone, changed Sim to another phone ( still not working), tried my husbands sim in my phone ( works). I have ordered a replacement SIM but am trying to contact an agent for 48 but no text bubble for last two hours? How long does it take for replacement sim to arrive? ( as no working phone without it).
Also wondering, I had ordered a new 48 SIM for a family member to join 48 but they never did. Is there away I can use that SiM to replace my own? If so how keeping own number

That's weird and frustrating that it just suddenly stopped working.

SIM orders take up to 7 business days to arrive. 

If you have a spare SIM already then contact 48 support and ask them if they can facilitate activating that as a replacement for your account so you don't have to wait on the replacement in the post.

The last link contains a phone number for complaints but others have called it simply to contact support so maybe try that. 

The chat option never appears for me either and I've reported this many times to 48 support but I've never received an explanation or seen the issue fixed unfortunately.

Unfortunately your message is missing the telephone number at the end for contacting 48 which I would like to have for now or future if you could please send it ?

I managed to get some support on chat and was told they couldn’t use the SIM I had ordered for a new Member possibly joining as my replacement one so looks like I will have to wait for replacement SiM in post unfortunately.
I got knocked off of chat support 3 times which was very frustrating ( I hadn’t needed to use in ages but found service had dis improved between only been available on/off and drop offs as have to start explaining problem from scratch- rant )
I am hoping that it is the actual SIM and nothing else in Settings etc

I'm surprised that they couldn't use the new SIM that you have as a replacement as I'm sure that they did this for others and myself in the past.
