My sim isnt working on my new phone. I cant get the chat working, can you send me a new sim please.

Was your current SIM ever working ok in a different phone?
Is the new phone unlocked for use on any network?
What happens when your SIM is installed in the new phone? Any error messages?
What make and model of phone is it?
E.g. if it's an iPhone then it may need activation on the 48 network and this involves the phone silently sending an SMS message to a UK activation server and this will fail (also silently) if you don't have cash credit on your account to pay for the international text.
