Your post is a bit unclear.
What exactly do you mean by "I updated for new version on iPhone 13 mini"?
What exactly did you update?
The SIM? The phone handset? The version of iOS? Something else?
What exactly do you mean by "having some problems about signal"?
What exactly are the symptoms of the problem?
Are you saying that you're getting the message "SIM card failed" on the phone?
I can't find anything that says that that's a valid iPhone/iOS error message.
If it's a new phone are you sure that it's unlocked for use on any network?
Could it be that for some reason the stupid Apple activation process you need to go through that again?
The process whereby the iPhone silently sends an SMS to a UK activation server and this will fail if you don't have cash credit on your account to pay for the international text?
Maybe add €1 cash credit to your account and switch the phone off and on again and see if that helps perhaps?
