Hello,

RE- Request refund

It has been overly difficult trying to set up my phone with 48 Mobile. After several attempts without success, I'd like to hand back the SIM, and request a refund. 

I will find an alternative provider option that works with my phone. I appreciate your understanding and attention to this matter.

You'll have to contact 48 support about refunds. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

It shouldn't be that difficult to get set up and the New To 48 FAQs cover most of the relevant issues: 

In case it helps at all this FAQ deals with leaving 48:

There's no need to return the SIM to 48.
