What exactly do you mean by "recharge problems/recharge my number"?
I presume you mean that you're trying to buy a membership plan?
What happens when you try?
Any error messages?
When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking and there's enough money in the account to pay for membership if it's a debit card?
