dear sir,i gave wrong account number when joining 48 recently.this means i cannot port my existing number.i need 48 to delete all my information,so i can start again with the right virgin account number,can you help as i really want to be with 48 with my old number,thank you,patrick brennan

You should still be able to port your number without starting from scratch.
Just follow the instructions here to try again with the correct account details this time:
If you still have problems then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
