Ordered new sim card for my son as sim wasn't working. Phone said insert sim card.
I put new sim card into phone but can't activate it as my credit page keeps appearing. How can I activate it or is it a new plan completely

Do you mean that you have your own 48 SIM and your son has his?
Every 48 SIM requires its own account/login/email address etc.
If you are logging into your account then you can't activate your son's SIM there.
You need to log into his account to do that.

Hi my sons sim card sopped working. I ordered a new card. do i have to reactivate it and pay activation fee again even though only few months since he got sim card.
why would original card stop working

There's no need to post multiple times about the same issue.
Especially when I already replied to your original post with advice.
If you needed a replacement SIM then you should have ordered a replacement and not a new SIM.

I really dont like your rude tone. My issue is I now have 2 sim cards. I know I should have got a replacement card. It would have been helpful if you told me what to do now. Your links are not that helpful really
