Activated replacement SIM - telling me to buy new plan

Hello, I blocked my sim 2 weeks ago and today I received a new one, however I still spent 13€ for month plan and now when I activated my new sim card it wants from me again to buy a plan, but I should have a plan already from 20/12 to 20/01. What Can I do?

But it's now 28/01 so the above plan will have expired and you presumably need to buy a new one? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
