Plan renews 26th, no data, ordered more but didn't work

Hi , my data renew the 26th but I my data gone today , and I order more data today but didn’t work , but I pay from the card already

€12.99 plans from 20th August 2024 come with unlimited data with no fair usage policy cap so you can never run out of data.
