Payment deducted twice

Hi,
I recharged my plan for a month, initially it showed error for payment and for second time when i tried to pay, my payment was deducted twice. Can you help to get the refund please.

Is it your first membership plan purchase? 

If so then that involves €12.99 for the membership plan and another €12.99 for the one-time activation fee. 

The second month's plan should be free so effectively cancelling out the activation fee.

If it wasn't your first membership plan purchase then...

Are you sure that you didn't inadvertently buy two membership plans? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

Does your Buy Plan page also list an upcoming membership plan? 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

If you do need a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.

Hi @48 team,

My money got deducted twice during buying a membership of 10.99 euro and this is happening for couple of months in 2024 already.

Please help getting my refund back. Else I need to take this case seriously in higher level.

This is non negotiable that there is no help for the people who have already complained about it for so many months.

Nobody here on the Community Forum can help you with this.
