Can you help please?  I entered my pin incorrectly and the message Pin Blocked. Contact service provider to unlock device.  Emergency Only keeps showing  on my phone.

 I have my pin and puk numbers.

Ah okay sorry, I misread that. As @dalyer said @CormacM1539 try a different phone to see if you get a prompt to enter the PUK, once it’s unlocked you can put it back into your phone.

Also, I presume you have tried restarting the phone and seeing if it prompts you?

I know the phone shop said it was not blocked but are you sure the phone is network unlocked? What SIM did you have in it before? Has it ever worked on 48?

I tried the SIM in another phone which asked for the PUK. The SIM is now unblocked. Thanks for all suggestions everyone. Much appreciated.

What make and model of phone is it that didn't prompt for the PUK?

That's really poor on the part of the phone manufacturer!

The phone shop that you went to should also really have known to try the SIM in another phone as I suggested.
