Sim gone into cooldown

Hi all
It has been 6 months since i topped up and im getting a notifaction to contact customer service. I can no longer top up can someone advise

You'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate the SIM for you. 

Nobody here on the Community Forum can do anything about it. 

And 48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
