Hi my daughter is in Croatia and it’s saying she is out of data, when I went onto app to top her up it said she’s 18days left so o can’t top her up

What exactly do you mean by "top her up"?

What exactly were you/she trying to buy?

Monthly membership plan, cash credit, add-on?

If she has used up her EU roaming data allowance then she needs to buy a mobile data add-on.
