Do you have an active membership plan and a non-zero call minutes allowance balance?
What sort of calls/numbers are not working?
What happens?
Any error messages?
Irish landline/mobile calls and Northern Ireland landline calls dialled using the 048 prefix are covered by membership plan/call minutes add-on allowances.
Some other calls are also covered but some are charged to any cash credit on your account and if you don't have any cash credit on your account then they won't work:
If some Irish landline/mobile calls aren't working then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
