People ring me back, saying they missed I call from me, but I never rang! Do I need to worry? Do I need to change my SIM ?

Please help

Happens to lots of people on all networks. 

It has been reported here by many other 48 users but it's definitely not specific to 48 nor can 48 do anything about it.

There's not much that you can do about it other than to follow the ComReg advice.

ComReg have been talking about requiring service providers to do something to prevent such issues but nothing has happened so far...

Changing your SIM won't help.
