Not receiving code on my phone number

Hi i have been having issues with my phone number basically issue is that I don't receive one time code on my phone number.

I tried changing sim location on the phone from sim_1 to sim _2 and also restart my phone, issue still there not receiving onetime code.

Can someone help me with this issue.

What one time code are you referring to? 

How is this sent? 

If it's by text then can you send/receive regular texts? 

Were you ever able to receive the code in question?
