No verification text code from ClearMobile to 48

Hi, I have moved to a new area where unfortunately the 48 coverage is really bad so I need to move to ClearMobile. However, when I try and receive a verification code via text from ClearMobile it never gets through but regular texts come through fine. I've tried clearing cookies, turning airplane mode off and on, tried on different days etc the codes just don't come through. 48 support have said there is no bar on the ClearMobile number and there's no network reason why it's not working. Going from Tesco Mobile to ClearMobile send an instant verification text.

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue and managed to find a resolution?

Contact ClearMobile.

They should have a way to port your number in a case where you can't, for some reason, receive the number porting security text.
