Can't find SIM manager on Redmi Note 11

Hi all. I purchased an unlocked Redmi Note 11. Inserted 48 SIM works fine for calls and data, however the SIM manager doesn't appear in apps. If I switch SIM to a Samsung S9 I can find it. Was over an hour on chat support, no luck getting answer there. Any ideas ? I went to England yesterday couldn't get connected and knowledge base seems to suggest the answer is in the SIM manager. Thanks in advance

Did you try both SIM slots in case that makes any difference?

Thanks for the quick reply. I did actually. I even took out other sim so only 1 sim in phone. Still no luck

LADS!! I found it!! Hiding, inTools!! when you search for it under the apps it says not found, but after going into EVERYTHING found it as SIM manager in Tools!  Relief. Thanks again!
