Using my iPhone 6S as normal today when service suddenly went. Tried the method in “when abroad” and putting money on account and turning off and on phone with no joy. Looking to get service back

There's a service outage all day and nothing from 48 support other than this:
We are experiencing problems with the network at the moment which is affecting calls, texts and mobile data. We're sorry about any inconvenience caused by this. The network engineers are aware of the problem and are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible but we don't have a time frame for resolution yet.
You'll have to contact 48 support for more infoI guess...

I am still down. I want a refund of my membership I paid this month as I have been getting no service now for 24 hours. This is ridiculous

Try switching off and back on to see if that fixes things.
If not then you'll have to contact 48 support.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Can you open this page "http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent"
there should be a "open chat with 48 agent" pop up on that page - if not, scroll to the end of the page where you can send in a request...
