Since yesterday, there has been a sign on my phone screen saying "No internet connection" or generally "No service." I've checked that my phone is up to date and I've also tried turning it off and on. Can I get some help with this?

You mean that nothing is working?
No network connection, calls/texts don't work, no mobile data?
Do you have an active membership?
I presume that you haven't exceeded the fair usage limit and been suspended for the rest of your membership month?
Try reseating the SIM in case it got dislodged.
Do you have access to another unlocked phone to test the SIM there?
Otherwise you'll probably have to contact 48 support about this.
