If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to describe your issue in detail.

When were things working ok last? 

Did anything change on the phone in the meantime? 

E.g. settings changes, software update, factory reset, changing phones, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Do you have an active membership plan?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Does it make any difference if you reseat the SIM?

You say that you can't make calls but can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
