Hi I got a new phone and put my old sim into it but my photos and notes are not on it. Do i need to do something else? Thanks.

You need to transfer then from your old phone to your new phone.

This has nothing to do with 48.

What make and model is the old and the new phone?

Usually stuff like that can be transferred using iCloud, Google, Dropbox etc.

Thanks for the reply. Old phone is a Huawei. New one is Samsung s5

OK - was just wondering of either was an iPhone.

While they don't always make things easy Apple do make iPhone to iPhone migration easy via iCloud or iTunes.

In this case you'll need to find out how best to copy your photos/notes from the Huawei to the Samsung.

There are lots of guides online.
