48 can't do this for you.

You'll need to get it unlocked by the carrier to which it's locked or else unofficially online or in a phone shop.

Some phones can be unlocked for free otherwise usually for a small fee.

What model is it?

What do you mean "has code inside"?

Do you already have an unlock code?

If so just put in a 48 sim and enter the code when prompted.

If you don't have an unlock code then you need to get it unlocked in a phone shop out buy an unlock code online if possible.

You may need to know what network it's locked to in order to do this.
