If it's suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months then you'll need to contact 48 support to see if they can re-enable it for you.
If you mean something else then you'll need to explain in more detail what exactly the issue is.
E.g. what are the symptoms of the problem, any error messages, when was it working ok last, what changed/happened in the meantime, etc.?
