Unable to receive SMS text code for work logon

I am not receiving sms text authorization codes to allow me to log on to my work office guest network. Normally the sms comes from +1 469-277-6702 and didn't have any issue before.

This seems to happen from time to time for some reason.

I.e. some users not being receiving two factor authentication SMS codes from some services.

You'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
