What do you mean by "I only use this sim to by credit"?
If your SIM has been suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months then you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them if they can reactivate it.

How? Credit is no use without an active membership.
Any services paid for out of your cash credit balance only work if you also have an active membership plan.
