Hello - Mobile Data is not activated on the phone - not sure f 48 mobile need to do something to activate it or how best to resolve. Anddroid phone. Thanks for guideance

Are calls and texts working ok?
Just mobile data isn't?
You probably need to configure your APN settings?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:
