Hi I'm not able to reply to normal messages to anyone

What exactly do you mean by "normal messages"?

Do you mean text/SMS messages?

To regular Irish mobile numbers? 

Did it ever work? 

What happens when you try to send/reply? 

Any error messages? 

Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard in order to be able to use outgoing services? 

Are incoming/outgoing calls and mobile data working ok?

Maybe check this key post: 

If you're trying to reply with MMS messages then you need cash credit on your account (as well as an active membership plan) to pay for those.

Yes cant reply back to texts /SMS
My phone calls are working perfectly

When replying back says not sent check options
Yes this is to any number my messages won't send

Was it ever working for you?

What happens if you send a text rather than replying to one that you've received? 

Do you get the same behaviour?

Is "not sent check options" the verbatim error message?

What make and model of phone is it? 

When were you last able to reply to texts? 

What changed in the meantime?

I just can't reply back to some Irish numbers , I've went into settings and activated messages but still can't reply to some numbers

This is confusing.

So you can reply to some texts but not others?

Is there anything common between the numbers that you can't reply to? 

E.g. are they all iPhone users or something like that?

You also haven't clarified if you can send rather than reply to such numbers, or what make and model of phone you're using, or what the verbatim error message is.

It's difficult to offer useful feedback without such information.
